In short: OurYearBook is a private digital yearbook platform for people aged 16 and over. Be respectful, only share content you have the right to share, and do not use the service for bullying, hate, abuse, or unlawful activity. Creating a yearbook is free; PDF export access is a paid digital unlock. If we take moderation action, you can contact us to appeal.
By creating an account or using OurYearBook, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Notice, our Community Guidelines, and the laws that apply to you. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use OurYearBook. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for the content you add to OurYearBook, including profiles, signatures, photos, updates, and memories. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us a limited licence to host and display it so the service can work for you and your classmates.
You must only upload content that you own or have permission to share.
You agree not to use OurYearBook to:
Creating and contributing to a yearbook is free. The paid feature is PDF export access.
We do not store your full payment card details. Prices shown at checkout or in the relevant app store listing control the amount you pay.
Because PDF access is a digital product unlocked immediately after successful payment, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these Terms or create a safety risk. If that happens, we aim to explain the reason and provide a route to appeal.

We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform. Where practical, we will give notice and explain the action taken.
The OurYearBook platform, including its branding, design, and software, belongs to OurYearBook and is protected by law. User content remains the property of the person who created it.
We provide the platform on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, the courts of the Netherlands will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
